Led by Sophia Choudry, acclaimed as the 'Roti Queen' and the visionary behind rotibox, this immersive 3-hour course is designed to provide you with comprehensive insights into the realm of roti creation. Throughout the course, you will delve into:
- How to make atta (dough)
- The art of rolling out round roti
- How to cook the perfect roti
Each component will be meticulously broken down into step-by-step instructions, allowing ample time for hands-on practice. You will acquire a deep understanding of the techniques necessary to attain roti perfection. All materials will be provided for use during the class.

Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions outline the agreement between participants and rotibox regarding the Roti Masterclass. By registering for this class, participants acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms.
1. Registration: Participants must complete the registration process and provide accurate and up-to-date information.
2. Payment: Payment for the Roti Masterclass must be made in full at the time of registration. The class fee is non-refundable, except as specified in section 4 (Cancellation and Refund Policy).
3. Class Details: Participants will receive detailed information about the class schedule, location, and any required materials via email prior to the class date.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
a. Cancellation by Participant: Requests for cancellation must be made in writing via email to info@rotibox.co.uk. If places cannot be filled we will be unable refund. Cancellation requests made 5 days before the event will be non refundable.
b. Cancellation by rotibox: In the unlikely event that the class needs to be cancelled by the Roti Masterclass Provider, participants will be notified promptly. A full refund of the class fee will be provided if the class is cancelled by the provider.
5. Class Conduct: a. Respectful Behavior: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner towards instructors and fellow participants. b. Safety: Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by the instructor and adhere to proper hygiene practices while cooking.
6. Photography and Recording: Photography and recording during the class are generally allowed, but it's essential to obtain permission from the instructor and fellow participants before taking photos or videos that include them.
7. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions: Participants with allergies or dietary restrictions must notify rotibox during the registration process. While efforts will be made to accommodate these requirements, the provider cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
8. Liability: Participants attend the Roti Masterclass at their own risk. The Roti Masterclass Provider and its instructors will not be held liable for any injuries, illnesses, damages, or losses that may occur during or as a result of the class.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions: The Roti Masterclass Provider reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will be communicated to participants via email.
By registering for the Roti Masterclass, participants signify their understanding and agreement to these terms and conditions.
